YouTube videos on this site use a click-to-load player. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and YouTube's own policies apply. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font provider receives your data.

4. Who we share data with

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this website and processes visitor IP addresses to do so.
  • Google LLC provides Google Analytics (only with your consent).
  • YouTube (Google LLC) videos are embedded on some posts using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and only load after you press play. YouTube then receives your IP address and may set its own storage.
  • Amazon: we participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some pages contain Amazon affiliate links. If you click one, you leave our site and Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute any qualifying purchase to us. We never receive your name, address, or what else you buy; Amazon only reports aggregated sales and commissions. See our affiliate disclosure.
  • Social links (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X) lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.

5. International transfers

Code Peak Solutions LLC is based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

  • Analytics data: retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
  • Messages to us: as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it.

To use these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Your US state privacy rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Analytics only runs if you opt in. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
